HR ADMIN SPECIALIST (2-YEAR FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)
Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate administration of employee documentation, including employment contracts, contractual amendments, and personnel records. They will manage data updates in the HR system (Clarvision) and operate the Revisal system when required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepares and verifies all individual employment contracts, ensuring they are ready for signature and for issuing copies to both parties.
- Prepares and reviews all contractual amendment documents (addendums, suspensions, decisions for termination/resumption of activity, contract
terminations).
- Enters and updates all employee, contract, and occupational health data in the HR system (Clarvision), including operating and submitting information in Revisal—both through the internal platform and, when required, directly in the Revisal system.
- Maintains updated employee records in line with the approved organizational structure and prepares the daily headcount status.
- Completes and issues employee certificates and any other legal supporting documents as requested by staff.
- Provides support in distributing documents to employees.
- Manages cases related to pregnant employees, employees on maternity leave, and those on childcare leave, ensuring the accurate transmission of required data to state authorities (DSP, ITM, AJEPIS) in accordance with legal requirements.
- Prepares various economic and financial reports at department or company level, based on management requests.
- Prepares the monthly salary increase report according to the salary grid and approved compensation offers, based on employees’ tenure in their roles; handles approvals, preparation, signing, registration, and archiving of the related addendums.
- Ensures confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed in the role (salary data, offers, personal information, etc.).
Job Profile
Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Proven experience as HR Admin Specialist – minimum 5 years;
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field;
- Proficient in MS Office and experience working with Revisal and other HR platform;
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality;
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive attitude and strong ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume work environment;
- Bachelor degree - mandatory;
- English – intermediate level.
