IT DATA ANALYST INTERN

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

- Activate the engine included in the SAP IBP package, working as a data analyst to study, understand, and implement it to deliver actionable results for De’Longhi Group business.
- Enable and leverage machine learning functionalities within the system.
- Manage two domains with distinct stakeholders—Finished Product and After Sales—using the same software with two separate customizations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues who have technical expertise in SAP to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage relationships with different stakeholders.
- Provide support to the SAP team in system adoption and troubleshooting.
- Support team’s initiatives through project management activities, including comprehensive task tracking, Relationships with stakeholder and cross-functional team coordination.
- Support project owners on data analysis to foster decision making process and ensuring data integrity and consistency during the implementation of new tools and processes.

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Ongoing Master’s studies in Statistics – Curricular Internship
- Data analysis skills
- Focused on Machine Learning and AI algorithms, with existing knowledge and a strong motivation to further develop expertise.
- Not limited to documenting or summarizing existing literature, but eager to explore and discover new approaches.
- Well organized and self-motivated in achieving results and accomplished challenging assignments.

- Analytical attitude
- Familiar with Machine Learning and AI
- Good communication and team work skills
- Proactive attitude for learning and self-development
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English and proficiency in computer skills (mainly excel, power point)
