JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER - POLAND - 18 months contract

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to contribute to the growth of one of these brands in Poland. The person will support Senior Brand Manager in planning and executing 360 brand communication across marketing mix. Junior Brand Manager will work closely with other company
departments (Category Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Headquarters, etc.) and external partners (Advertising Agencies, etc.). The role reports to a Communication Director Poland that manages the team of 6 subordinates (including the role advertised).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing 360 degrees, ROI-driven communication strategy for the brand in the online and offline world
- Leading digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, video, display, social media for selected categories
- Recommending and executing offline marketing activities, with the focus on maintaining excellent in-store presence & POSM status
- Preparing assets for online and offline retail communication, based on Sales Team request
- Managing the marketing budget for the assigned scope of work, with supervision from the Senior Brand Manager
- Actively participating in internal marketing and sales meetings, inspiring the sales force, equipping them with market winning product knowledge and tools
- Managing brand website, creating product rich content and product cards
- Contributing to Brand Strategy development, together with the team in Poland and HQ in Treviso
- Monitoring competitive environment
- Analysing consumer trends and insights

Job Profile

Key Requirements from the candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the marketing department, advertising agency, or a retailer
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Fluent English and Polish, comfortable working in an international environment
- Passion for advertising, branding, online and offline marketing and consumer understanding
- Analytical and data-driven approach to actions
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proactive, KPI driven, results-oriented, well organized and keeping time commitments
- Able to adjust to a fast-changing business environment
