KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - CHAINS

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager within the Chains Channel (Media Markt, FNAC, ..) in our Spanish division to lead the commercial strategy for our four brands (De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun & Nutribullet).

Key Responsabilities & Main Tasks:
-Develop and execute annual sales strategies for Chains Channel customers, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
-Define and implement a robust omnichannel strategy for each customer account.
-Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with key clients.
-Create and implement tailored commercial and promotional plans for all four brands across each customer.
-Manage and control the assigned Sales Budget, optimizing investment for maximum return.
Actively contribute to the strategic planning process: developing sales plans, account plans, budgets, latest estimates, and monthly sales forecasts.
-Collaborate closely with the International Key Accounting department for the local development and follow-up of key accounts.
-Ensure the proper implementation of commercial policy in collaboration with other channels and cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing, and finance).
-Lead and drive new digitalization projects to optimize commercial procedures.

Job Profile

Education:
-University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Languages:
-Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
-Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Experience:
-Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position, preferably as a Key Account Manager in the consumer durable goods sector (home appliances, electronics, etc.) or FMCG.
-Essential experience working within a multinational company, with a strong understanding of complex dynamics and international coordination.

Informatic & Technology Skills:
-High level in Office, mainly Excel
-Experience in SAP
