LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities
Supporting the Logistics Supervisor, this role is to ensure accurate delivery by communicating with our stakeholders and maintaining proper shipment documentation. Specifically, the role is to:
- Maintain, update, and monitor freight cost in the freight management system by verifying freight/warehouse invoices from 3PL
- Maintain a record of shipment cost in relation to relevant payment
- Ensure all warehouse transactions including goods receipt and released are processed and recorded properly and timely
- Consolidate shipping documentation and communicate with 3PL on shipment and customs clearance areas
- Create purchase orders for consolidated goods ex-Shenzhen warehouse for good replenishments to subsidiaries and direct shipments
- Support and monitor vendors following the shipping instruction to fulfil the requirements from direct customers and De’Longhi subsidiaries
- Plan and schedule the rework order for markets
- Work closely with vendors, back office and shipping teams for 3rd party good inspection and shipment arrangement
- Support Grand Sales activities and warehouse operation, such as physical stock-taking
Job Profile
What we are looking for:
- Working experience in shipping or logistics is preferable
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- As an effective communicator is essential for the role
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently & good interpersonal skill
- Able to understand and illustrate complex situations with stakeholders are critical skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
