MARKETPLACE & B2B MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an operationally strong and strategically minded Marketplace & B2B Manager with 5–7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in marketplace leadership. The ideal candidate, in collaboration and coordination with Regional Commercial Directors and local markets, will own the global management of marketplace channels while enabling and empowering local teams and commercial strategies. The role will also drive the integration and expansion of marketplace platforms and social commerce operations, collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate business growth through media-driven commerce opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Strategy & Leadership
• Lead and manage global marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, Rithum, Veepee, etc.) and support local teams in executing also independently with local players
• Identify test and integrate new platforms across B2B and B2C environments
• Monitor performance and define roadmap for international marketplace expansion and innovation
• Cultivate strategic relationships with platform partners (Director to C-level), acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
Social Commerce Execution
• Work in close synergy with the HQ teams to unlock the full business potential of media-driven marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping)
• Define executional frameworks for social commerce, from campaign integration to fulfillment alignment
Technical & Operational Integration
• Maintain a pipelines of priority marketplace to full centrally integrate
• Collaborate with eServices/IT to ensure smooth system integration (product feeds, APIs, data sharing)
• Ensure tax, credit, and compliance processes in alignment with Finance and Legal teams
• Optimize marketplace-specific Customer Service and Logistics & Fulfillment operations
Business Development & Data-Driven Decision Making
• Act as both business developer and analyst: monitor marketplace KPIs, identify growth levers, and propose actionable improvements
• Deliver insights from marketplace trends to Retail Account managers and product development supporting innovation and assortment planning
• Develops KPIs and dashboards (sales, conversion, AOV, returns, reviews)
• Generates regular reports with actionable insights and runs regular Business Rreview Meetings with key stakeolders
Negotiation & Contract Management
• Lead negotiations with marketplaces to secure favorable commercial terms, advertising packages, and visibility agreements
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and platform policies across all channels

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution:
• Marketing & Brand – for brand consistency and campaign synergy
• Customer Care – for escalation processes and marketplace-specific support
• Supply Chain – to ensure delivery excellence and stock visibility
• Tax & Credit – to guarantee fiscal compliance and financial alignment
• Group Pricing and Commercial Policy team - to allow coordination with the Group Commercial & PricePolicy
Job Profile
Profile Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce or digital roles, with minimum 2 years directly managing marketplaces
• Strong technical and operational know-how of marketplace platforms and integrations
• Strategic thinker and hands-on executor, able to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and influencing skills — able to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder dynamics
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead transversal projects with global and local teams
• Strong analytical mindset; capable of turning data into actionable insight
