MIDDLEWARE AUTOMATION IT SPECIALIST

Job Profile
E-Services, the IT Company of the De’Longhi Group, is looking for a Middleware automation IT specialist.
The Middleware specialist plays a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and product quality by implementing and supporting advanced manufacturing solutions. He/she will collaborate in cross-functional teams to implement digital strategies that optimize production processes, improve product quality and reduce production costs in cooperation with IT department, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control and Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Middleware and Automation Development:
- Develop, implement, and maintain middleware solutions to ensure seamless integration between various systems and applications.
- Create and manage APIs, microservices, and middleware interfaces to support enterprise-level operations.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, driving them from the initial requirements gathering to successful delivery.
2. AI Integration and Innovation:
- Leverage AI technologies to design intelligent automation solutions that optimize decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate machine learning models into middleware solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and identify opportunities to apply them within the organization.
3. Solution Design and Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable middleware and automation solutions.
- Optimize existing middleware processes for better performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, security standards, and compliance requirements.
4. Troubleshooting and Support:
- Diagnose and resolve middleware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation tools and middleware systems.
Job Profile
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in middleware or AI technologies are a plus.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in middleware, automation development, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning integration, or data-driven automation is a strong advantage.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, with expertise in developing robust and scalable applications.
- Proficiency in React framework TypeScript, JavaScript library.
- Expertise in developing web-based front-end solutions
- Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5. Languages:
- Fluent in English
