PRODUCTION PLANNING COORDINATOR

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Production Planning Coordinator to join our Juc Herghelie Team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving production planning activities to align with the Plant Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, together with the Supply Planning team, the annual production capacity of the factories and the allocation of the number of teams on the production lines according to the production mix;
- Draws up Production Plans in the production units in Romania and follows up the fulfillment of the production indicators (Production attainment);
- Operates as a liaison between the local team and the central planning team;
- Plans and prioritizes production orders according to the customer and their emergencies;
- Supports the coordination process of the internal production of subassemblies by collaborating in this regard with the Production Department.
- Coordinates the planning process in the rework area and spare parts; works in close collaboration with the materials planning area to ensure the availability of materials in the production process;
- Collaborates with the Engineering, Quality and Logistics departments for the achievement of the production plan;
- Tracks production orders, inventory reports and availability of components to ensure the feasibility of the production plan;"
- Coordinates projects implementation of new products;
- Responsible for performance indicators: productivity, on time delivery to the customer, project implementation, fulfillment of the production plan, production continuity;
- Responsible to urgently escalate to his supervisor the situations that may generate problems in the production process;"
- Coordinates and organizes the team's activity, distributes tasks and is responsible for the development of team members.
