SEO SENIOR SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities

The SEO Specialist will focus on developing strategies and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our websites, increase the revenues coming from organic traffic and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. This role involves close collaboration with internal colleagues, international stakeholders, external agencies, and requires excellent English communication skills.
The SEO Specialist will work on four De'Longhi Group Household Brand Websites (De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun Household, Nutribullet) and will cover all essential SEO areas: technical, content, and off-site/Digital PR and Social SEO (e.g.: YouTube), demonstrating a broad expertise across all SEO topics.

Main responsibilities

- Work with the development team and Global SEO Agency to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and communication marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Develop with the Global SEO agency and local SEO Agencies specific link building strategy that can fit for the different market contexts.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

Other Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the Markets to enable sharing of projects and results.
- Drive and coordinate the creation of powerful case studies with the markets to establish and demonstrate best practices examples
- Build and/or maintain relationships with the main Software / Service that can provide valuable support to the markets
- Work closely with internal teams (brand, social, e-commerce, automation) to obtain a full view of all the marketing activities and work synergically together
- Observe and analyze new digital opportunities and trends and establish a regular update with the markets.

Job Profile

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experiences in-house or in a SEO agency
- Solid understanding of all SEO principles and best practice
- Proven experience on SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Advanced Web Ranking..)
- Proven knowledge of all the necessary activities for a successful migration (from the content mapping to the redirect implementation)
- Proven ability on understanding Google data (GA4 and Google Search Console)
- Good knowledge of HTML 5, CSS and Javascript
- Direct experience in international project management
- Direct experience in multi-language websites
