Supply Chain Analyst Intern
Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Operations initiatives through project management activities, including comprehensive task tracking, milestone adherence, and cross functional team coordination; proactively identify, assess, and escalate potential project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Drive value stream mapping and benchmarking phases for production scheduling and material planning improvement projects, applying Lean principles (Muda identification) to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Support project owners on data analysis to foster decision making process and ensuring data integrity and consistency during the implementation of new tools and processes.
- Participate in the training part of the new systems and processes, producing and updating training documentation and manuals
- Provide troubleshooting support to the business team for on new planning system and tools, acting as key interface with IT department to solve issues.
Job Profile
Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics/Statistic or Management
- Well organized and self-motivated in achieving results and accomplished challenging assignments.
- Data analysis skills
Skills, capabilities, Competencies:
- Good communication and team work skills
- Proactive attitude for learning and self-development
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
- Analytical attitude
- Fluent in English and proficiency in computer skills (mainly excel, power point)
- Familiar with project management, lean principles and supply chain concept
