Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for people, ambition to achieve goals, self-improvement and personal development, integrity, courage to come up with new ideas and proposals of creative solutions in solving problems, ability to work in a team and interact with different personality types (high level of EQ), and also the willing to take further the company values by own example.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conducts the recruitment processes end to end for BCI and WCI positions;
• Identifies and selects potential candidates depending on candidate’s profile and job vacancy expectations;
• Schedules interviews with the selected candidates and the hiring managers respecting the deadlines set;
• Interviewing candidates, analyzing competencies, and making hiring decisions for BCI, WCI staff;
• Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs;
• Participate and represent the company at job fairs, events, etc., and offers support in planning and organizing Employer branding activities (communication activities, events, etc.);
• Ensures that the new team members are well-informed and prepared to start their activity;
• Maintains and updates job descriptions and other specific documents for the WCI and BCI employee category;
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations regarding ROI, CCM as well as HR policies and procedures.

Job Profile

• University degree (preferably Human Sciences, Communications);
• Experience in recruitment BCI and WCI positions;
• Intermediate English level;
• Very good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.;
• Knowledge of tools used in the recruitment processes;
• Personal attributes: highly organized, strong communication skills, drive for results, customer focus, analytical thinking, pro-active attitude, team player.
