TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Align with HR BP on approved budget, positions and recruitment plan;
• Align with HR BP and hiring managers to validate staffing needs and candidate selection criteria;
• Source applicants through online channels, such as E-jobs, LinkedIn and/or other professional networks;
• Create job ads and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Schedules interviews with the selected candidates and the hiring managers respecting the deadlines set;
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline;
• Update Recruitment plan accordingly;
• Participates and represents the company at job fairs, events, etc., and offers support in planning and organizing Employer branding;
• Ensures that the new team members are well-informed and prepared to start their activity;
• Maintains and updates job descriptions and other specific documents for the WCI and BCI employee category;
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations regarding ROI, CCM as well as HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Job Profile
Experience:
minimum 3 years in a similar position
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field
Competencies:
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks;
• Experience in using different professional networks to proactively source candidates;
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems;
• English language – mid - to - upper level
• Good knowledge of working with MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
