TRADE MARKETING & RETAIL MEDIA INTERN
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Trade Marketing Intern to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and hands-on individual who is eager to get involved, contribute ideas, and support the development and execution of trade marketing activities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive and collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to learn by doing.
Retail Media:
- Support the execution and performance monitoring of Retail Media campaigns (e.g. Search Ads, On-site Display), ensuring correct asset activation
- Collect, analyze, and organize campaign performance data (KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC) and support weekly/monthly reporting using Excel and internal tools
- Identify initial trends and data anomalies to be shared with Specialists/Managers
- Monitor and support retail readiness by checking product page quality (images, descriptions, availability) in collaboration with E-commerce and Brand teams
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and research on new Retail Media platform features
- Support weekly and monthly eCommerce KPI analysis (conversion rate, stock-out, promotional performance) and help prepare dashboards to support team decision-making
Trade marketing:
- Develop training materials across all products and brands, tailored to different stakeholders
- Support the definition and analysis of key Trade KPIs, including consumer needs and ROI evaluation
- Contribute to the setup and standardization of training measurement and reporting
- Help define a consistent framework to assess training effectiveness and impact
- Support in executing demos perfectly, following training and using provided materials.
- Attend training sessions with NAMs, agents, and merch teams on new products and ad hoc topics (twice a year).
- Assist in developing in-store materials and scout new opportunities emerging in stores.
Job Profile
Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships.
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and using common software applications.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to: Interpret and leverage data to drive insights, use Excel efficiently for analysis and reporting, create clear and compelling reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Flexible, diplomatic, and solution-oriented in approach.
- Previous experience in trade marketing or retail media is a plus.
