TRAINER
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Trainer to support the growth of the leading small domestic appliances brands of De'Longhi Group in Ukraine.
The trainer is a member of the Marketing team and reports directly to Communication Director UA.
The role of the Trainer is primarily focused on product features training:
- to localize the regional product trainings that are coming from HQ, adjusting to local needs when needed, and working with products to master the knowledge of how it works. This includes creating presentations to be used by the Sales & Marketing teams, online training tools, and video-recorded training;
- to conduct internal training for the Sales & Marketing teams, promoters, customer service and also new employees working on the category, etc;
- to manage local trainings in De'Longhi Training System and leveraging it for online training internally and externally via: 1) big customer events, 2) online training leveraging customer systems, including gamification for the shop assistants, 3) small trainings in the shops done together with the Regional Sales Managers, combined with checking RSM and promoter’s product knowledge and RSM’s ability to pass it to shop assistants.
Job Profile
Key requirements:
- Passion for our products. Must know the technical composition of the products perfectly;
- Passion for sharing the knowledge and developing skills of others, so they can use it in their work;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - both in preparing and executing presentations;
- Strong administration and organization capability;
- High level of collaboration capability to work with Sales team and Customers;
- Result-oriented approach;
- B1 and higher level of English to be able to understand and localize all trainings materials from HQ, as well as to communicate and collaborate with the team.
