TREASURY SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team.
This critical role is responsible for the daily management of our cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk exposure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate treasury operations, a keen analytical mind, and a commitment to maintaining financial efficiency and security.

The candidate should have a full range of skills being actively involved on the activities related to the following areas:
• Daily Cash Positioning: Manage and execute daily cash positioning activities, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and optimizing the investment of surplus funds.
• Bank Account Management: Oversee the structure of bank accounts, including opening, closing, and updating signatory details and Group’s bank mandates across various banking platforms.
• Cash Pooling: Maintain the advanced cash pooling systems, target balances and pooling limits.
• Continuously improve efficiency and seek cost savings in all Treasury activities
• Banking relationships
• Monitoring and management of intercompany loans
• Supervise the Group’s corporate credit card programme
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Maintain and refine short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to predict future liquidity needs and potential surpluses.
• Treasury Systems: Utilize and maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS) and other financial software to streamline operations and enhance reporting.
• Reporting: prepare regular reports detailing cash positions, forecasted liquidity and financial risk exposures for senior management.
• Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk: Monitor and analyze exposure to currency fluctuations. Support on the executions of FX hedging strategies as authorized, and ensure compliance with the corporate risk policy.
• Interest Rate Risk: Analyze interest rate exposure on debt instruments and support on the implementation of hedging strategies as appropriate.
• Cross-Functional Interface: collaborate with Accounting center and Tax department to ensure the timely and accurate sharing of information
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities adhere to internal policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledge:

- Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics
- At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles in Treasury departments of medium-large companies
- Ability to interact with external (such as credit institutions) and internal stakeholders, at different levels of the company organization
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Treasury Management Systems (SAP and Piteco)
