Mr Fabio de’ Longhi gave an interview with Prof. Gianmario Verona—the Rector of Bocconi University—on the Group's current and future challenges.
The CEO first recounted the history of the business since its inception and then talked about its relentless internationalisation. Mr de’ Longhi subsequently discussed how the De’ Longhi Group is tackling the digital evolution and how the topic of Sustainability has been incorporated and implemented across the entire organisation.
Finally, the CEO invited young students to come work for the Treviso-based company, because “at De’ Longhi, great people can make the difference”.
