BRAND MANAGER - NUTRIBULLET & BRAUN (MATERNITY COVER)

As a Brand Manager at De’Longhi Group Scandinavia, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by managing and developing the Nutribullet and Braun brands across the Nordic region. You will become part of an entrepreneurial culture where every employee is vital to our collective success.

The Role:
As Brand Manager, you are responsible for communication and brand building for the Nutribullet and Braun SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) product portfolios. You will work both strategically and long-term with brand positioning and media planning, as well as operationally with implementation and execution.
You will oversee brand communication throughout every stage of the consumer journey, with a clear focus on driving sales and building a strong, vibrant brand. You will collaborate closely with the Category Manager for Nutribullet and Braun, who oversees the category and the commercial offering.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing annual marketing and activity plans in collaboration with the Category Manager.
• Briefing, planning, and following up on media strategies alongside our agency partners.
• Adapting global campaign materials for local markets and ensuring seamless implementation.
• Developing strategies for and reporting on social media performance.
• Guiding agencies in the creation of content calendars.
• Managing influencer collaborations and working with our PR agency.
• Building brand awareness and loyalty through creative consumer activations (e.g., digital newsletters and "Gift with Purchase" campaigns).
• Optimizing and executing marketing plans in collaboration with retailers.
• Coordinating and project managing industry trade shows together with KAM´s and Brand Manager colleagues.
You will report to the Marketing Director. The role is based in central Stockholm and involves occasional travel.

Job Profile

We are looking for someone with:
• A University degree or relevant post-secondary education in Marketing and/or Communication.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience within Consumer Electronics or FMCG (e.g. brand management, communication, etc) – or equivalent experience from the agency side working with relevant clients.
• Proven experience in project management.
• A solid understanding of and a track record of delivering high-quality marketing results.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken) – other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Experience working both strategically and operationally in a Nordic context, ideally reporting to/working with a global headquarter.
