DE'LONGHI E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

Role Overview
The De’Longhi Group’s E-Commerce team is a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the Ecommerce ecosystem and manages the online presence of our four renowned Group brands: De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet.
We are looking for an operationally strong and strategically minded Global E-Commerce Manager with 8–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in leading D2C E-commerce operations, to run the online presence of the De’Longhi brand.
The ideal candidate will own the global management and strategic roadmap of the D2C E-commerce platforms for the De'Longhi brand, enabling and empowering local teams and commercial strategies. The role will also drive the integration and expansion of website functionalities, collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate business growth through premium digital commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1) E-Commerce P&L and Budget Management
- Managing the operational budget: Efficiently allocating resources to drive e-commerce growth and achieve financial objectives.
- Sales forecasting: Developing accurate sales projections to inform inventory management, marketing strategies, and overall business planning.
- Promotional spend to achieve profit targets: Optimizing promotional activities and investments to maximize return on investment and ensure profitability, in collaboration with the ADV and CRM & Marketing Automation teams.

2) D2C Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and manage global D2C E-Commerce operations (site functionality, content, and CX) and lead the team in executing independent local strategies to maximize sales conversion.
- Identify, test, and integrate new D2C technologies and features across the brand websites to drive innovation.
- Monitor website performance and define the roadmap for international E-commerce expansion and continuous feature innovation.

3) Technical & Operational Integration
- Maintain a pipeline of priority D2C website features and technical integrations for central deployment (e.g., personalization, subscription services, new payment methods).
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth system integration between the D2C platform, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Ensure tax, credit, and compliance processes in alignment with Finance and Legal teams across all operating markets.
- Optimize D2C-specific Customer Service and Logistics & Fulfillment operations to ensure a premium, on-brand post-purchase experience.

4) Business Development & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Act as both a business developer and analyst: monitor D2C KPIs, identify growth levers, and propose actionable improvements.
- Deliver insights from E-Commerce trends and user behavior to Retail Account managers and Product Development supporting innovation and assortment planning.
- Generates regular reports with actionable insights and runs regular Business Review Meetings with key stakeholders.

Job Profile

Profile Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in E-Commerce or digital roles, with minimum 3 years directly leading D2C E-Commerce platforms in a multinational company.
- Strong technical and operational know-how of E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, CRM)
- Strategic thinker and hands-on executor, able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills — able to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder dynamics, particularly with global and local teams.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead transversal projects.
- Strong analytical mindset; capable of turning data into actionable insight using tools like Google Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Italian or any other language would be considered a plus.
