JUNIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Engineer, you will be in charge of running business support, running change and improvement activities related products and processes on De’Longhi Romania Plants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing and carrying out serial tests for new products (type C projects);
- Manage engineering changes for products currently in running production;
- Create, update and manage the product structure (BOM);
- Analysis of possibilities to improve products and processes;
- Ensuring the necessary support in the implementation of new processes and production lines;
- Support in analysis of defective components and processes reported in production together with the cross functional teams;
- Carrying out production process data base recipe implementation and validation;
- Support in organizing and carrying out assembly tests for new components;
- Analysis of product defects reported in production - together with the Quality Team;
- Support for intercompany transfers of products and processes.
Job Profile
Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree (Mechatronics, Robotics, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical specifications and data analysis
- English language - minimum intermediate level
- Google Workspace productivity tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms)
- Organized, communicative, creative, and flexible person
