MARKETING & BRAND TRAINEE
Job Responsibilities
Step into the world of premium consumer electronics and kickstart your career with a global industry leader. We are looking for an agile, proactive, and curious student to join our Marketing team in Barcelona as a Marketing & Brand Trainee.
As a Marketing & Brand Trainee, you will fully integrated into a dynamic, multi-brand ecosystem, supporting iconic brands including De'Longhi, Braun, Kenwood, and Nutribullet. This is not a passive internship; you will gain real-world ownership, collaborate with creative agencies, and actively participate in strategies that shape how millions of consumers interact with our products.
Your Mission and Key Responsibilities:
1. BRAND ACTIVATION & PROMOTIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Promotional Roadmaps: Collaborate directly with Brand Managers on drawing up and fine-tuning local promotional plans for all 4 group brands.
- POS Architecture: Actively participate in developing, auditing, and distributing innovative permanent and tactical Point of Sale (POS) communication materials.
- Campaign Tracking: Keep your pulse on live market promotions, auditing implementation across retail channels and organizing performance metrics.
2. CREATIVE ENGINEERING & CONTENT PRODUCTION
- Audiovisual Creation: Unleash your creativity by filming, editing, and producing punchy video content for internal activations and dynamic digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative Agency Hub: Act as a core link between internal teams and our creative agencies, managing workflows, asset delivery, and feedback loops.
- Impactful Presentations: Assist in building highly visual product launch decks, retail pitches, and strategic market reports for senior executives.
- Localization & Copywriting: Ensure pristine localized copy by reviewing, translating, and polishing brand materials from global headquarters.
3. LIVE EVENTS & RETAIL LOGISTICS
- Event Operation: Dive headfirst into the execution and logistics of high-profile product launches, experiential trade events, and local brand activations.
- Warehouse Coordination: Take absolute ownership of our marketing warehouse stock, prioritizing materials allocation so retail spaces are always fully optimized.
Job Profile
Profile:
- Currently pursuing a University Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience is required; internships or academic projects related to marketing or communication will be highly valued.
- Proactivity and Eagerness to Learn: Initiative to take on responsibilities and curiosity to acquire new knowledge in the marketing field.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines in a structured and efficient manner.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Interest in design, visual communication, and creating effective messaging, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with external agencies, internal teams, and other departments.
- Teamwork: Willingness to actively collaborate with other members of the Marketing department and cross-functional teams.
- Positive Attitude and Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and changes in marketing campaigns with a constructive approach.
- Basic Digital Skills: Familiarity with Google workspace and an interest in the digital environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
