PARTNERSHIPS & PR MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
Purpose:
We are seeking a Partnerships & PR Manager to drive awareness for our four brands and cultivate strategic alliances that fuel our growth
Principle Accountabilities:
- Brand reputation and authority: strengthen the brand equity and public image across our four-brand portfolio
- Strategic partnerships : accountable for the health, ROI and growth of the partnership ecosystem to drive business objectives
- Market share of voice: ensuring a competitive presence in relevant media and industry circles through proactive PR storytelling
- Performance optimization: accountability for tracking, reporting, and hitting KPIs related to PR and partnership-led growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partnership sourcing : identify and contact potential brand partners to negotiate collaboration agreements.
- Relationship management: act as the dedicated point of contact for partners, fostering long-term loyalty and exploring new opportunities for collaborative growth
- Performance tracking: monitor the success of partnership initiatives against key business objectives and provide regular reporting
- Media and journalists : manage PR for our four-brand portfolio in coordination with external press agencies, leverage an established network to maintain high-quality relationships with key media, craft and distribute compelling press releases, pitch stories to journalists, and develop impactful press kits and pitch decks.
- Project management : coordinate the launch of activations and events from concept to completion.
Job Profile
Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Education : master’s degree in media, communication or a related field (CELSA, IEP, IAE, or equivalent).
- Experience: at least 5 years of proven experience in partnerships, PR and communication
- Established relationships with key media outlets and journalists
- CSR : knowledge of CSR is a distinct advantage.
- Languages: fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Communication: excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
