The Data collected do not concern personal beliefs, trade union membership or political affiliation, or political, religious or trade union beliefs, sexual orientation, marital or family status, pregnancy, disability, race, ethnic origin, colour, national origin, language group, state of health, any disputes with previous employers (hereinafter referred to as “Special categories of personal data”), or any facts that are not relevant to evaluating your professional aptitude, provided these do not include characteristics that could affect the manner in which the work is performed or that constitute an essential or decisive requirement for the work itself.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA CAN BE USED
The collection and processing of your Data are necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and are carried out for reasons connected to or necessary in searching for and selecting personnel for the Company.
As part of its specific personnel selection process, the Company may, subject to your consent, also use your photos and/or videos for the same selection purposes.
Precondition for the processing: the provision of Data, including Special categories of personal data, within the limits indicated above, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, is obligatory in order to allow the Company to fully comply with the knowledge and assessment requirements adopted in searching for and selecting personnel, as well as to comply with laws, rules and regulations.
