PROCESS ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer at De’Longhi Romania, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving production processes, production line layouts, material flow, ergonomics, and documentation. You will contribute to launching new products, coordinating projects, and driving cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Define and optimize production processes
• Design and improve production line layouts
• Establish internal material supply flows
• Analyze and enhance workplace ergonomics
• Create and update work instructions for production processes
• Standardize operations and define production capacity targets
• Identify and eliminate causes of reduced production capacity
• Specify and implement new technologies in the factory
• Participate in the launch of new products
• Train project teams on new products and processes
• Coordinate projects such as product transfers, new product launches, or significant process/product modifications

Job Profile

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Skills:
• Advanced English skills (Italian is an advantage)
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
• Knowledge of technical drawing and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Project management knowledge
• Customer orientation and continuous improvement mindset
• Initiative, creativity, flexibility
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Lean Manufacturing, NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PRD – SAP
