SENIOR BRAND MANAGER - SERBIA

Job Responsibilities

We are looking to a Brand Manager to supervise our Serbian market.

Main Responsibilities:

- Is accountable for the P&L of the given Category/ies for the allocated country/ies
- Creation and execution of Go to Market Model:
• Pricing, positioning, channel management
• Product Launches from A-Z
• Coordination of retail activities on given portfolio
• Responsible for planning the trade fairs and public events
• BTL Budget Management
- Creating and implementation of product marketing strategies:
• Full Management of ATL Budget in allocated country/ies including Digital Channels
• Building Awareness of De’Longhi Group Brands
• Knowing the target consumer
• Performing in-depth data analysis of:
- Market Data Monitoring and analysis (GFK), Sales Data and rolling forecast
- Coordination of marketing materials usage in the country/ies:
- Web Pages
- In-Store Presence

Job Profile

Qualifications and competencies:

• At least 7 years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Brand Manager (experience from FMCG is a plus)
• BSc in Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Fluent in English
• Very good commercial understanding of Retail Environment
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Experience in market / GFK analysis
• Good commercial and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, active and accurate behavior, self-conscious and critical minded
• Creative and enthusiastic mindset; Flexible, openminded
• Ability to work independently and results-oriented, yet a good team player
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
