TRADE MARKETING & RETAIL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

The Trade Marketing & Retail Media Manager is responsible for executing trade marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, improve shopper conversion, and support sell-out growth across Greece and Bulgaria.
The role acts as the link between Marketing and Sales, ensuring consistent execution of retail activations, promotional campaigns and retail media investments across key retail partners.

Trade Marketing Execution:
- Develop and coordinate annual trade marketing activation calendars.
- Manage the implementation of promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.
- Coordinate production and deployment of POS materials and retail assets.
- Ensure timely execution of product launch support materials at retail level.
- Monitor implementation quality across key customers.

Retail Visibility & Merchandising:
- Drive visibility initiatives including secondary placements, branded displays, and in-store communication.
- Coordinate merchandising guidelines and execution standards.
- Conduct regular store visits in Greece and Bulgaria to assess execution quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track visibility and execution KPIs.
- Plan and execute retail media campaigns with key retail partners.
- Coordinate retailer digital assets including banners, sponsored placements, and promotional visibility.
- Monitor product content quality and brand presence across retailer websites.
- Evaluate retail media performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Budget & Performance Tracking:
- Manage the trade marketing and retail media budget.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and promotional performance.
- Prepare regular reports on activation results, retail media KPIs, and execution status.
- Support monthly business reviews with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and retail partners for activation execution.
- Ensure alignment between brand priorities and customer activation plans.

Job Profile

Competencies:

- At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Retail Media.
- Experience within Small Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Durable Goods is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills and budget management capability.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English; Bulgarian language is an advantage but not required.
